B.M. Mutie & Co. Advocates was established in 1996. This is a medium-size law firm operating from Nairobi the capital city of Kenya and the commercial hub of East and Central Africa.
The firm was set up with a vision of “justice for all”. In providing legal services the law firm is committed to excellence and integrity to ensure that clients achieve their goals.
The firm lawyers and legal advisers are empowered with training and experience to interpret the law, draft legal transactions, provide legal solutions, expect and manage change.
In its quest to achieve its vision through partnership and networking, B.M. Mutie & Co. Advocates joined the Association of European Lawyers
Pupilage
The law firm signs up 1 to 2 pupils every year. Applications should be addressed to the Managing Partner to reach him by the end of June every year.
The applications should be accompanied by a covering letter and the applicants Curriculum Vitae. Upon receipt of the application pupils shall be advised of an interview date.
Training under our pupilage program takes one year. Pupils are exposed to all aspects of legal practice in Kenya. The firm offers a small monthly stipend to successful pupil(s).
